Attention: 1. For compact packaging, our office chair mats are rolled upon delivery. The mat will gradually flatten over several hours as it is unrolled. 2. The mat has two distinct sides - one smooth and one textured. Please position the textured side upwards. 3. To flatten a cold mat, use a hairdryer to gently warm it, let it lay flat with weight on top, or submerge it in warm water/expose it to sunlight until it flattens.
